Free standing boxing bags are the best solution if you can't hang a punching bag. This is our entry level model and is ideal for adults and children wanting to improve cardio exercise and boxing technique.
We stock a range of free standing punching bags for sale and have these on display. We do not recommend hard heavy hits, but we do have more boxing bags and freestanding punching bags that cater for this.

- Unique 3 Adjustable heights:- Adjusts to Punching height (1.7m from base), kicking height (1.55m from base) and small person height (1.4m from base)
- Fill base with water (around 70litres) or sand for maximum stability
- Approx. 5.6 foot or 1.7m total height from ground
