What can I attach to a power rack?
These days power cages come in many different configurations, sizes and functionality. Most power rack cages have safety attachments, including half racks. The primary use of a power cage is to be safe when weight lifting and performing exercises.
The most common attachments you will find with a quality power cage are; dip bars, J hooks, pull up bar, landmine attachment, cable attachment systems, storage pins, and resistance band pegs to name a few.
However, be warned as not all cage attachments are manufactured to fit with other brands or models. In fact, we always get asked if our power rack accessories can fit on non-Sweat Central branded equipment. Our power rack accessories have had a lot of consideration for our power racks, but in some cases we have found customers to be able to use our power rack components.
Why buy accessories for my power rack?
Most of us know that a heavy duty power rack will let you train most of your muscles. Without many power rack accessories; the main exercises performed are bench press; squats, deadlifts, rack pulls, and pull ups.
