Returns & Warranty
Once you have received the goods, and if the goods are proven to be defective or faulty you are entitled to a replacement, credit or remedy.
In accordance to ACCC consumer laws, we reserve the right to refuse any refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
In some cases we may be required to charge up to 20% to cover costs involved with the handling and processing of your order, as well as to cover our suppliers restocking fees.
It is the customers responsibility to safely return goods in a well packaged manner.
We will always endeavour to assist as much possible.
