3 Step Return Policy
We totally understand how complicating returns and warranty can be through our own buying experiences. You have the freedom to return your purchase for up to 21 days.
We want our customers to have a hassle free process so as long as you keep your receipt and the product in new saleable condition we can easily help you.
For items that have been fully assembled, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
All items carry a warranty either through us or the manufacturer. Each manufacturer have independent warranty conditions and can be found on their websites.

- Contact us via phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org. State your concern/s along with your contact details and a team member will respond to you.
- Please return the item/s in the original product packaging and new saleable condition. You must also include a postage paid satchel if you are exchanging an item. Please include all your contact details and note briefly outlining the reason for return. All products must be returned in new condition, to ensure further processing.

- That’s it - no need to worry, once you have sent your package to us, a team member will action the rest and contact you if required.
We will happily exchange products that are undamaged, unsoiled and are in original condition. The general time frame to claim for exchanges is within 21 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are acceptable within 21 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the return of the item in undamaged, unsoiled and original condition. We recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking to avoid any lost in transit issues. The customer must pay for the costs for the return and if applicable the re-delivery of the item.
The customer will be refunded by the same method of which the customer had originally paid within 7 days. You must also provide proof of purchase.
The warranty period may differ from item to item so therefore we encourage you to contact us to discuss any concerns. Any claims made under warranty must be returned to us for inspection or sent back to the manufacturer through us. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase within the set period.
The return instructions process must be followed in order to claim for warranty.
For some items a 10% handling and re-stocking fee may apply for items incorrectly purchased, we cannot absorb these costs placed upon us from our suppliers. Please choose carefully.
