We operate from a bulky goods warehouse with a display showroom and plenty of parking.

At this point we are discouraging people from visiting our warehouse and you may be asked to leave due to the social distancing and safety measures we are enforcing in our business.

Our online store is accessible 24/7.

Our location is temporarily closed for any purchases. For pick ups we are setting up processes for the safest way for this to be done. You need to be advised by us first before any pick up can take place.

Except for public holidays and during extended holiday seasons such as Christmas or Easter.

Who are we? + -

Sweat Central was established in 1999 and the business was intentionally set up as a commercial gym.

Unfortunately fate did not allow it to last and the owner had to shut down the gym and sell off the fitness equipment and accessories.

Since then, Sweat Central have created unique products that address flaws and better improvements that give people a better experience when training.

Our owner has over 15 years background in fitness, industry consulting and martial arts. We enjoy sharing knowledge and advice to our clients.

We are doing everything we can to ensure all stock can be fulfilled.

How much does delivery cost? + -

There is an online calculator to enter your postcode on our product page and you will get an estimation.

If you are buying multiple items you can add all the items to the cart and check the total delivery cost in the checkout page.

Delivery costs do not include; heavy handling of equipment (such as tail lift or unloading assistance), and wait times.

If your order is very large, heavy and bulky we may need to contact you to plan the safe arrival and handling of the order.

Shipping will continue as long as transport companies are operational during this time of the pandemic.

Is there a shipping discount on multiple items? + -


There are many items that ship for a very reasonable rate.

The more items you buy, the shipping is calculated to reduce.

If you have any shipping cost concerns, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?+ -

Not as standard. If you want us to ship to your country you will need to contact us and obtain a shipping cost.

Can i pick up? + -


Right now due to the lockdowns, we are expecting a huge demand. We will contact you to arrange a day and time for you to safely pick up. Please understand this unprecedented situation. You will be contacted in due course.

This is not going to be months or excessive weeks... We just want to get on top of it so we can do this for you.

There will be no assistance to load cars due to the social distancing rules that we are strictly practicing

The only way to have a chance to secure stock is to buy online. Any issues and we will contact you, please expect delays.


Can you arrange delivery for large items that won't fit in my vehicle? + -


We sell a lot of cardio equipment, full gym packages and boxing equipment - and we offer a great way to quickly get the products to you that is safe and professional.


When will my order arrive? + -

Delivery within Australia for can take between up to 5-14 working days but due to the coronavirus issue this can change.

If you are in a remote location, please allow more time.

Do you deliver on the weekends? + -

Unfortunately not, in most cases.

Do you offer installation? + -

Transforming a dream gym set up into reality is something we specialise in.

We take pride in each step of the process from start to finish!

We are a complete fitness equipment supplier and can help make your life easier!

Our technicians are licensed installers who work on several brands and have several years experience.

Please note drilling into structures or modifying equipment is not something we do.

What is your returns & warranty policy? + -


**Updated - Orders received after 22nd March that relate to barbells, weight plates, dumbbells, power racks, strength apparatus, and cardio equipment will not be refundable**


We totally understand how complicating returns and warranty can be through our own buying experiences.

You have the freedom to return your purchase for up to 7 days.

We want our customers to have a hassle free process so as long as you keep your receipt and the product in new saleable condition we can easily help you. For items that have been fully assembled we do not accept.

Sweat Central have carried out customer satisfaction surveys and listen to our clients. We found that our customers chose us for our robust warranty and relaxed returned policy.

We intentionally have not supplied an exhaustive list of DO's and DONT's and believe that you have better things to do than read fine print. Just contact us with your concern and a team member will be ready to assist you.

In most cases we are able to rectify or offer a resolution for any warranty claims and we welcome customers to contact us directly for ANY product they purchase directly to us.
