My name is Neil Cameron (Cam) and I am the owner OF SWEAT CENTRAL FITNESS EQUIPMENT and Head trainer at Cam’s Health and Fitness.

After completing my first Certificate III & IV in FITNESS, WEIGHT LOSS and RESISTANCE TRAINING back in 2008 I’ve been involved in various aspects of the GYM, fitness and outdoor Personal Training industry.

From a very young age I was always sports minded & played many sports & always maintained a high fitness level. In 2008 I started Cams Health and Fitness to pursue my passion for Health and Fitness to help change people’s lives for the better.

As a result, with my experience and knowledge, I can assist in advising you what isthe best equipment to assist you in your recovery after an injury or medical procedure.

I will be there every step of the way to motivate and guide you along in achieving your goals in your Health and Fitness journey.
