We intentionally have not supplied an exhaustive list of DO's and DONT's and believe that you have better things to do than read fine print. Just contact us with your concern and a team member will be ready to assist you. As a Sweat Central customer, we value your business and want to ensure any concerns you have are answered satisfactorily.

In general a minimum 3 month warranty. Cardio equipment carry longer warranty and also may include onsite warranty within the first 12 months. For more detail please ask us on any particular item you are interested in.

In most cases we are able to rectify or offer a resolution for any warranty claims and we welcome customers to contact us directly for ANY product they purchase directly to us.
