A must have for anyone getting serious in their weight training. Olympic bars remove the hassle of loading plates. More safer than standard plates and bars to the counterweight it offers.
It's a true 20kg bar, and a rating that comes at 1000lb capacity.
Excellent finish and bearing spin.
50mm diameter 390mm rotating ends with brass bushing
218cm (86") length, 132cm between the plate stops
Compatible with olympic weight plates.
