This barbell is a great entry level to get you started in Olympic weightlifting or cross training style exercises. It is 2.2m or 7ft in length and is a full black oxide finish. The shaft diameter is 28mm with fine knurling and grip markings. It has a moderate whip or rotation to help you get under the barbell faster.

Unlike other barbells, this is a true 20kg barbell with Olympic 50mm sleeves. The capacity of this bar is a generous 1200lb. More importantly there is no centre knurling (grip) so you will not have any unpleasant scratches on your neck which can hinder performance.
