The footprint of this power rack is not as wide and deep as our main power cage range, and is ideal for people who may not need the full support of what a bigger power cage may offer. However it still offers 110cm worth of internal width making spacious and comfortable to train in.
Although a power rack can take up space, this cage is suitable for smaller areas. However it's always ideal to have a spacious training area and we understand that this may not always be possible.
You can still safely train to failure with the adjustable spot bar rails. Perform the most popular exercises such as deadlifts, bench press, squats and military presses etc
Although cheap in price it is not cheap in quality, our power rack will still be strong enough to support entry level users and allow you to train in the comfort of your home. It supports up to 300kg. A great start for a personal trainer or home gym equipment user.
